New Features Include TerrainPro2 Row Unit

Unverferth Manufacturing has introduced updates to its Raptor strip tillage tool, including a new dry fertilizer cart and a new row unit.

Farms.com recently met with Andy Unverferth, director of marketing at Unverferth, to learn more about these changes.

This new system features a four-ton custom-built tank, an ISOBUS rate controller, and a hydraulic blower fan, ensuring seamless integration with a three-point Raptor strip tillage tool in six or eight-row configurations.

In addition to the fertilizer cart, Unverferth has also introduced updates to the row units on the Raptor strip tillage tool.

The TerrainPro2 row unit now has a streamlined design, reducing weight while maintaining durability, allowing for the use of larger mounted toolbars. This improvement ensures greater adaptability and ease of operation in the field.

For farmers looking for more versatility, Unverferth continues to offer pull-type machines equipped with dry or liquid fertilizer systems. These machines are factory-assembled and ready for use upon delivery, offering a complete solution for precision strip tillage.

The TerrainPro2 row unit includes several upgraded features, including a new sawtooth row cleaner design and an improved depth control wheel.

These modifications enhance soil preparation and overall field performance while further optimizing weight savings.

Unverferth’s latest innovations aim to improve precision, efficiency, and productivity in strip tillage and fertilizer application.
