The next special edition newsletter lands in inboxes on March 10

Just as subscribers to Farms.com’s free weekly Machinery newsletter are enjoying the first special edition newsletter dedicated to the National Farm Machinery Show (NFMS), the team at Farms.com is starting to assemble the next one.

The second special newsletter will focus on new pieces of equipment and innovations from the floor of the NFMS.

Farmers can expect to learn about a total planting solution from Precision Planting.

One of the components helps clean the front of the row unit.

Reveal is a frame-mounted cleaner with its own internal gauge wheel and treader wheels to control the depth of the cleaning tines to create an optimal seeding environment.

Then, at the back of the equipment is FurrowForce.

This is a two-stage closing system that removes air pockets and firm soil to keep moisture.

Another piece of equipment in the upcoming NFMS newsletter is a liquid fertilizer applicator from Unverferth.

Equipment in Blu-Jet’s 15 series comes in sizes from 1,700 gallons to the Blu-Jet AT3015, which has a 1,000-gallon capacity.

A new option for this equipment is a split apply feature.

This allows the operator to apply product on top of the soil next to the plant root, and inject in the center of the row with the injector or knife.

And a newly designed row unit includes a horizontal spring with 1,500 pounds of down pressure.

Farmers can also learn about updates to Case IH’s Early Riser planters, scheduled to be available for the 2026 season.

The upgrades includes factory installed Conceal, a dual band 2 by 2 application device. And a new hybrid tine tooth design for residue managers.

Don’t miss your chance to learn about these pieces of equipment and more in the special NFMS Machinery newsletters.
