Global Product Management Boost at BRANDT

BRANDT has recently enhanced its marketing prowess by integrating Brian Deverman as the Global Senior Product Director.

Deverman, previously affiliated with Bayer CropScience, is set to spearhead BRANDT’s new global product management initiative. This strategic move aims to synergize marketing, sales, and innovation to optimize the company’s product offerings.

Karl Barnhart, EVP and Chief Marketing Officer at BRANDT, expressed excitement about Deverman's addition, noting his strategic thinking and leadership skills. “Brian will bring focus, leadership and—most importantly—strategic thinking to this new function," Barnhart stated.

Deverman's role will centralize around creating cohesive product narratives and positioning BRANDT’s solutions effectively in the market. His extensive experience across various agricultural leaders, including roles at Monsanto and Dupont Pioneer, equips him well for this challenge.

Reflecting on his new role, Deverman shared his personal connection to BRANDT, emphasizing a home-grown affinity with the brand and its mission. His appointment is not just a professional alignment but also a personal homecoming.

Alongside Deverman, Alex Lovdahl, previously the Director of Insights & Analytics at BRANDT, will contribute to the product management team. His expertise in data analytics is expected to drive significant advancements within the department, making product strategies more data-driven and impactful.

This strategic enhancement at BRANDT underscores the company’s commitment to leading the agriculture industry through innovative and effective product management.
