Company plans soil health conference with industry leaders

Replenish Nutrients Holding Corp is close to completing major upgrades at its Beiseker manufacturing facility in Alberta. The company reports that the plant is now 90 percent finished, with final automation, conveyance, and electrical work underway.

During commissioning, the site has reached about 125 tonnes per week and is scaling toward a target of 2,000 tonnes per month, or roughly 500 tonnes per week. Additional shifts will soon allow round-the-clock operations.

At full capacity, the Beiseker facility is expected to deliver the highest production and sales in the company’s history. Increased output will strengthen near-term revenue and reduce costs per tonne, creating a more efficient and competitive operation. A dedicated maintenance service partner has also been secured to keep operations safe and reliable during the ramp-up.

The facility uses a proprietary zero-waste fertilizer production process, highlighting Replenish Nutrients’ leadership in low-carbon, regenerative agriculture.

To reinforce its role in soil health innovation, Replenish will host a soil health conference on September 12, 2025, in Calgary, Alberta. The event will feature Alberta Agriculture and Irrigation Minister RJ Sigurdson and Replenish CEO Neil Wiens in a keynote and fireside chat.

Major financial institutions such as Alberta Treasury Branch, Farm Credit Canada, RBC Royal Bank, and Agriculture Financial Services Corporation will participate, along with the Canadian Alliance for Net-Zero Agri-Food, whose members include RBC, Nutrien, McCain Foods, Telus Ag, and Maple Leaf Foods.

Replenish CEO Neil Wiens said the conference will highlight soil health as a key driver of sustainable agriculture and help accelerate adoption of regenerative practices. He noted that strong industry relationships will support long-term growth and greater value for stakeholders.
