Bid on Pink Conveyor to Aid Cancer Society
In a vibrant display of support for breast cancer awareness, Ag Growth International (AGI) has introduced a pink UCX³ U-trough belt conveyor, available for auction throughout October.
This initiative, titled "Conveyor for a Cause," aims to raise significant funds for the Canadian Cancer Society.
The unique pink conveyor is part of a limited-edition release by AGI's team in Swift Current, Saskatchewan, renowned for its innovative agricultural equipment.
The conveyor is designed to efficiently move various agricultural commodities, maintaining the quality and germination potential of seeds and grains. It boasts a capacity of up to 12,000 bushels per hour, making it an asset for any farming operation.
Interested parties, particularly farmers, can place their bids on this fully loaded, one-of-a-kind conveyor, with the starting price set at $87,156 CAD.
"We are proud to do what AGI does best – manufacturing equipment that supports the journey of crops from harvest to feed for animals and food for people – to support this important cause, that affects the well-being of rural and urban families, alike,” says Paul Brisebois, AGI Senior Vice President, Canada-Farm.
Alternatively, the public is encouraged to make donations directly if they are not bidding. All proceeds from this campaign will go directly to the CCS, supporting their ongoing efforts in breast cancer research and patient support.
Rodger Lohman, a CCS Supporter Engagement Specialist, expressed profound gratitude towards AGI for their commitment to making a difference in the lives of those affected by breast cancer.
The campaign runs until October 31, 2024, with the winning bid set to be announced the following month.
