Exports of 606,200 MT--a marketing-year high--were up 52 percent from the previous week and 46 percent from the prior-4 week average. The primary destinations were South Korea (103,600 MT), Japan (94,400 MT), Italy (67,000 MT), Sri Lanka (65,000 MT), Taiwan (54,900 MT), Mexico (50,700 MT), and Yemen (47,500 MT).
Exports for Own Account: Exports for own account to Italy (3,500 MT) were applied to new or outstanding sales. The current exports for own account balance is 27,400 MT, all Italy.
Corn: Net sales of 282,700 MT for delivery in 2014/2015 were up noticeably from previous week and 84 percent from the prior 4-week average. Increases reported for Japan (166,300 MT, including 79,800 MT switched from unknown destinations and decreases of 9,300 MT), Mexico (89,000 MT, including 23,000 MT switched from unknown destinations and decreases of 300 MT), Peru (72,200 MT, including 63,700 MT switched from unknown destinations), Colombia (66,300 MT, including 55,000 MT switched from unknown destinations), and Venezuela (60,000 MT, including 30,000 MT switched from unknown destinations and 30,000 MT switched from Panama), were partially offset by decreases for unknown destinations (229,200 MT), Panama (30,000 MT), Honduras (11,400 MT), Egypt (3,300 MT), and Saudi Arabia (2,800 MT). Barley: Net sales of 15,000 MT for 2015/2016 were reported for Morocco. Net sales reductions of 15,000 MT for 2016/2017 were reported for Morocco. Exports of 100 MT were reported to South Korea.
Sorghum: There were no sales reported during the week, as increases for unknown destinations(8,500 MT) , were offset by decreases for China (8,500 MT). Net sales of 55,000 MT for 2015/2016 were reported for China. Exports of 112,100 MT were down 38 percent from the previous week and 40 percent from the prior 4-week average. The destination was China.
Rice: Net sales of 35,000 MT for 2015/2016 were reported for Canada (12,800 MT), Honduras (8,800 MT, including 4,700 MT switched from unknown destinations), Haiti (7,100 MT), Jordan (3,200 MT), and Mexico (1,800 MT). Decreases were reported for unknown destinations (2,500 MT). Exports for 43,100 MT were reported to Mexico (25,300 MT), Haiti (7,100 MT), Honduras (4,800 MT), Canada (3,000 MT), and Saudi Arabia (600 MT).

Net sales of 161,200 wet blues for 2015 were up 14 percent from the previous week, but down 11 percent from the prior 4-week average. Increases were reported for China (48,900 unsplit and 24,800 grain splits), the Dominican Republic (25,600 unsplit), Mexico (17,800 unsplit and 6,600 grain splits), Vietnam (16,700 unsplit). Decreases were reported for Japan (500 grain splits) and Italy (400 grain splits). Net sales reductions of 4,000 pieces for 2016 were reported for Taiwan (3,000 unsplit) and India (1,000 unsplit). Exports of 161,500 wet blues were up 22 percent from the previous week and 39 percent from the prior 4-week average. The primary destinations were Italy (44,800 unsplit and 14,300 grain splits), China (35,500 unsplit and 14,200 grain splits), Mexico (17,500 grain splits and 2,000 unsplit), and Vietnam (12,800 unsplit and 1,100 grain splits). Net sales of splits totaling 443,700 pounds for 2015 resulted as increases for South Korea (411,800 pounds) and Hong Kong (200,000 pounds), were partially offset by decreases for Taiwan (168,100 pounds). For 2016, net sales of 261,400 pounds were for Taiwan (216,000 pounds), China (28,800 pounds), and Italy (16,600 pounds). Exports of 613,600 pounds were down 35 percent from the previous week and 12 percent from the prior 4-week average. The destination was South Korea.
Beef: Net sales of 8,300 MT for 2015 were down 32 percent from the previous week and 4 percent from the prior 4-week average. Increases were reported for Japan (2,200 MT), Hong Kong (1,900 MT), South Korea (1,300 MT), Mexico (800 MT), and Canada (800 MT). Exports of 9,900 MT were down 4 percent from the previous week and 13 percent from the prior 4-week average. The primary destinations were Japan (3,100 MT), South Korea (1,900 MT), Mexico (1,500 MT), Canada (1,000 MT), and Hong Kong (900 MT).
Pork: Net sales of 20,700 MT for 2015 were up 27 percent from the previous week and 29 percent from the prior 4-week average.
