A couple of years ago Alberta Agriculture and Olds College built a poultry abattoir. After a pilot project, that poultry abattoir is now for sale. Bert Dening, who works with Explore Local specializing in meat and livestock, joins us on the line to talk about the pilot project and who might be interested in purchasing the abattoir.
