SMA, Inc., has announced the purchase of Farm-Fleet Inc. a leading farm equipment and agricultural parts distributor based in St. Marys, Ontario. This strategic acquisition includes the subsidiaries of Farm-Fleet, Canadian Farm Supply and Partsco. This addition to SMA expands the Company’s footprint into Eastern Canada and strengthens its offering of replacement and repair parts to North American farmers. The effective date of the transaction was July 31, 2025, according to a statement issued by SMA, Inc.
