Granulation Plant Reaches Production Milestone and Eyes Growth

Replenish Nutrients Holding Corp. has announced the successful completion of the first phase of commissioning at its Beiseker granulation facility in Alberta. With the majority of the interior construction now finished, the plant has started producing early batches of its proprietary, sustainable granulated fertilizer.

The next steps will include completing the remaining interior and exterior construction and increasing production to reach the full target capacity of 2,000 metric tonnes per month. This development aligns with the company's long-term plan to deliver efficient, environmentally responsible products to farmers across Canada and the U.S. Pacific Northwest.

Replenish has a proven track record of bringing innovation to the slow-to-evolve agriculture sector. It has created a patented fertilizer product that offers a zero-waste and zero-chemical manufacturing process. This product can fully replace or complement traditional fertilizers while reducing carbon emissions.

Over the years, the company has built strong supply chains, carried out successful field trials, and proven the performance of its fertilizer compared to conventional products. These trials also showed an increase in soil biology, boosting plant health and resilience.

Replenish has already completed project planning at three major locations—Beiseker, DeBolt, and Bethune—and has developed distribution across more than one million acres of farmland, along with golf courses and residential lawns. The company has also managed to secure both equity and debt financing while cutting over $2 million in discretionary costs.

As the company moves toward full-scale production, it expects to generate consistent free cash flow and build on its mission of sustainable growth.

“Our goal has always been to build a sustainable, profitable business that challenges the status quo of the fertilizer industry,” said CEO Neil Weins. “Beiseker is more than a facility — it’s a blueprint for what comes next.”
