On Saturday, August 22, 2015 the 50th Annual Zurich Bean Fest was held where nearly 900 samples of Huron County Sausage was provided to attendees. Teresa Van Raay and Bill Dowson were there representing Huron County Pork Producers. The pork booth was strategically placed next to the Ontario Bean Growers. In addition to the sausage resources including recipe cards were provided to the guests. The new Heart Healthy Recipes with Ontario Pork booklet was especially appreciated. The day was filled with smoked pork chops and beans, rides, vendors, live entertainment, a large car show and contests.
