National webinar shares findings on economic innovation and sector impacts
Swine Innovation Porc will host a national webinar on February 18 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time to present the findings of its latest Impact Assessment on pork research in Canada. The webinar, titled From Research to Results Measuring the Impact of Pork Research in Canada, will feature the authors of the assessment. They will present key findings and explain what the results mean for producers, processors, industry leaders, and policymakers. The discussion is designed to help stakeholders better understand the value of research at a time when the pork sector is facing rising costs and ongoing market pressures.
The Impact Assessment reviews how research funding has supported productivity, competitiveness, and long-term resilience throughout the pork value chain.
