Acquisition expands global crop protection and sustainability focus
Gowan Company has completed the acquisition of Ceradis, a Netherlands-based innovator in crop protection. The integration marks a major step in combining Gowan’s global expertise in seeds and crop protection with Ceradis’ strength in developing and formulating advanced compounds. Together, they aim to expand sustainable and innovative solutions for farmers across the world.
This acquisition enhances Arizona-based Gowan’s global presence, particularly in Europe and the Americas, while also broadening its research and development pipeline. It reflects Gowan’s commitment to offering growers tailored solutions, technical support, and a wider product portfolio.
