Founder Marcel Kringe emphasized that the same experienced team and commitment to farmer success will continue under the BranValt name.

Bushel Plus Ltd., a well‑known name in harvest optimization tools and training, is preparing for a major brand transformation as it shifts to a new global identity: BranValt

The company recently announced that the transition will officially take effect in July 2026, marking a strategic evolution from a harvest loss measurement pioneer to a broader provider of integrated harvest‑performance solutions.

Marcel Kringe, founder and Chief Executive Officer, said the rebrand reflects how far the company has come since its early days.

“Our business has grown well beyond where we started. What started as a basement hobby is now trusted in 45 different countries worldwide,” he noted.

The BranValt name is designed to better represent the company’s expanding portfolio and its long‑term vision for global leadership in harvest optimization technology.

Under the BranValt banner, the company will continue offering its established lineup—including the SmartPan System, MAD Concaves, the MiniCombine, and its internationally recognized Harvest Academy training program. According to Kringe, unifying these tools under a single global brand will help farmers more easily identify and trust the solutions they need to reduce losses and improve harvest performance.

Kringe emphasized that while the name is changing, the company’s core values and customer support remain firmly in place.

“Our commitment to delivering quality experiences, technical excellence, continuous innovation, and farmer success remains stronger than ever,” he said. “The same experienced team will continue to stand behind the products, partnerships, and customer support that farmers and dealers rely on.”

The new name also carries symbolic meaning. “Bran” references both the company’s home base in Brandon, Manitoba, and the protective outer layer of grain, while “Valt” draws inspiration from the founder’s German agricultural roots and the idea of safeguarding every kernel at harvest. Together, the elements reflect the company’s mission to help farmers protect yield and profitability.

Bushel Plus will begin rolling out the BranValt name across select products, packaging, and communications in early 2026, with full adoption expected by mid‑year. As the transition unfolds, all products will remain available through the company’s global dealer network.
