Fresh Del Monte Earns Top Rabobank Leadership Honor

Award celebrates responsible growth and innovation across global food industry

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc., one of the world’s leading producers and distributors of fresh and fresh-cut fruits and vegetables, has received the 2025 Rabobank Leadership Award. The recognition was announced during Rabobank’s annual Leadership Summit, held in New York City, where industry leaders gathered to celebrate innovation and responsible growth in the global food sector. 

The award honors a company that demonstrates exceptional leadership while addressing modern challenges in food and agriculture. Rabobank highlighted Fresh Del Monte’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and long-term value for communities and consumers.
