From 1961 to May 2019, tourists went to a giant tomato at the corner of Fox St. and Mill St. W. in Leamington to find out what was going on in the community.
The booth opened in 1961 to honour the community as Canada’s tomato capital. The structure closed in May 2019 because its condition had deteriorated on the inside.
