Video: Major Barn Repair!! Lots of rotten wood!!
My Father came over to give me a hand replacing the sill on my circa 1860s barn. I didnt realize just how baddly this needed to be
done!! There was litteraly no wood NONE in the corner of my barn the post that holded up that corner of the roof was just swinging in the breeze! Scary stuff.. I can
sleep easy now knowing that pressure treated 6x6 will hold up the corner of the barn for the next 100 or so years.. Tomorrow I think we will be replacing the supports
on the front porch of our old farm house. I hope they arent as bad as this.. Thanks for watching I hope seeing me do major repairs to my barn will inspire some of you
to go out there and take care of your old out buildings because once their gone they are gone forever. Be safe Ill see you guys on the next video!
