Video: Lakeland Applied Research | Cereal Agronomy Field School 2018

Lakeland College Applied Research held its second field day of the season at the crop research site south of Vermilion campus.
The Lakeland area has always been renowned for its deep agricultural roots and local producers, industry reps and alumni came out to tour the site and learn about new varieties and performance findings at the small plot trials research site.
The field day featured cereal agronomy presentations and plant growth regulator discussions by Lakeland's crop research scientist Laurel Thompson, Alberta Agriculture & Forestry agronomy research scientist Dr Sheri Strydhorst and SeCan marketing representative Trent Whiting.
