Video: NCC Submits WOTUS Comments

This week the National Cotton Council submitted comments to the Environmental Protection Agency expressing strong concern regarding the agency’s current regulatory proposal to repeal the Navigable Water Protection Rule and replacing it with the pre-2015 regulation that includes some recent Supreme Court decisions.
