Saskatchewan farmers are being reminded Thursday is the deadline to apply for crop insurance this year.
Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation president Sean Jacques says the agency is offering the highest coverage in history, averaging 216 dollars an acre.
Jacques says crop insurance generally covers about 75 per-cent of the seeded acreage in Saskatchewan.
