Keystone Agricultural Producers (KAP) President Bill Campbell says the recent snowfall could delay spring field work by about two weeks.
"It looks like we could be the latter part of April before we can turn a wheel on the field," he said. "Some areas have a lot of water that are going to show up. It looks like May is going to be pretty busy and just let us pray that we do not receive significant rainfall in early May."
Campbell adds farmers will have a tight window to get the the crop seeded this spring.
