Farmers in Saskatchewan are hoping critical support programs remain in place in Wednesday’s provincial budget.
 
The province is facing a one-billion dollar resource revenue shortfall and the Premier says some decisions had to be made.
 
Norm Hall, president of the Agricultural Producers Association of Saskatchewan, wants to see major farm support programs like crop insurance left intact.
