New USDA 2015 Crop Projections Released.

USDA Released the first projection on 2015 US Crops.

Analysts are reviewing the 2015 crop acreage and yield projections in the USDA Crops Report that was released today.

USDA Baseline Projection Stats: US corn plantings 93.5 million acres, with a crop of 14.260 billion bushels, putting ending stocks at 2.607 billion bushels.

 USDA Baseline Projection Stats: 2014 US soybean plantings 78.0 million acres, with a crop of 3.40 billion bushels, putting ending stocks at 203 million bushels.

 USDA Baseline Projection Stats: 2014/15 wheat plantings 57.0 million acres, with a crop at 2.220 billion bushels, putting the ending stocks at 642 million.

Commodity Marketing Strategist says, " I am a little concerned about the corn acreage and yield numbers that USDA is projecting, guys will swing acres if we drive the price down too farm with a big crop and high yields."
