With an increased focus on growing using certified organic methods and processes, consumers should expect to see a strong increase in organically-grown NatureFresh™ Farms produce hitting grocery store shelves starting in April 2018.
NatureFresh™ Farms expanded its organic acreage in Leamington, ON from 9 acres to 15 acres at the end of 2017. As the 2018 growing season is kicking into high gear, the expert growers at NatureFresh™ Farms predict high yield and excellent quality fruit from their organic crops. Isaac Braun, the head Organic Grower at NatureFresh™ Farms, is excited to see the plants he oversees performing so well: “With a greater focus being given to our organic crops moving forward, we are expecting improved crop management that will result in better quality and more consistent production levels. We are all very excited to see how our plants do throughout the upcoming season."
In this industry, the demand for more high-quality organic offerings has been growing steadily year after year.
