Milder Weather Coming To Southern Saskatchewan

Oct 12, 2016

Milder weather is on the way for southern Saskatchewan.

But John Paul Cragg at Environment Canada is expecting unsettled weather for much of the coming week.

Cragg says temperatures should rise to plus 8 by Thursday.

But a low pressure system will usher in the potential for rain on the weekend.

Next week, he says temperatures could reach 14 on Sunday and 12 on Monday, but there is still some uncertainty and the potential for more unsettled weather later next week.

Farmers are hoping for several days of warm dry weather for crops to dry out and be able to resume harvest.
