This is in accordance with the Seeds Act and the Seeds Regulations. This information will be retained in accordance with the Agency’s retention and disposition policies.

The personal information collected appears in the CFIA’s personal information bank Setting Rules PPU 100, and in the standard personal information bank Outreach Activities PSU 938.
