KIOTI Tractor Celebrates Top Dealers with 5-Paw Certification

WENDELL, N.C. — KIOTI Tractor recently awarded top customer experience honors — the 5-Paw certification — to more than 80 dealers in North America. Of the 84 5-Paw dealers awarded for their efforts in 2018, 18 were awarded the 5-Paw premier certification, the highest level possible within the KIOTI 5-Paw Dealer Excellence Program. The certification was created to celebrate KIOTI dealerships going above and beyond for their customers.

To receive the sought-after 5-Paw certification, KIOTI dealers are evaluated annually on their mastery of service, sales, operations, parts support and marketing. Dealers who meet or exceed these qualifications earn the right to display KIOTI’s exclusive 5-Paw logo at their dealership. This logo represents each dealer’s dedication to an outstanding ownership experience and top-level service for each customer when they purchase a KIOTI tractor or UTV.
