Operating John Deere machinery out in the field can be simple, but what happens when you run into unexpected problems? Deere has an answer for that: John Deere Connected Support. With this solution, you’re never far from an answer to your most pressing concerns.
Connecting Your Machine
Once your machine is connected to the Deere system, you can monitor alerts from the equipment remotely. This means that you don’t need to be directly in the cab to diagnose problems. With Connected Support, you can also view the in-cab display from wherever you are and pinpoint the location of your machine, as well as its prior path and coverage. Finally, you can monitor fuel level and idle time, all by simply making sure your equipment is connected to the Deere system.
Dealer Access
After your machine is connected to the Deere system, your dealer can also monitor all of the alerts that come from the equipment. This allows them to diagnose problems remotely to get you up and running faster. Similar to your access, your dealer also has access to your in-cab display to help you set up your machine. He or she can also perform software updates directly from the dealership, reducing your downtime.
John Deere Operations Center
The John Deere Operations Center is a set of virtual tools that you can access via the internet to manage your operation. As data is collected by these tools, you can gauge your performance over time, collaborate with others who support your operation, and create action plans, prioritizing jobs and communicating next steps to others.
