This quarter section of farm land is wide open and the Seller boasts 160 cultivated acres! This quarter was flooded by the Quill Lakes when water levels hit 100 year highs a few years ago. Water levels are now back to normal and the Seller claims that the water is approximately ½ mile away from this quarter. The Seller has asked the RM to reduce his assessed value, and hence his taxes, when the water was on the property. This is the reason for the assessed value being so low, and the taxes being so low. The RM will be reviewing this and getting this all changed back to where it should be. The land was worked this fall and is ready to seed in spring. There is a tenant willing to pay $12,800 in rental income if a tenant is required.
