With cotton prices on the decline, production in the United States is down more than 20% from 2014. It's a problem lawmakers are well aware of as they and industry leaders try and find a short-term solution. That was one of the topics during the recent Georgia Cotton Commission annual meeting, as Damon Jones reports.
