This Hallmark movie is about Jules Cooper, a successful businesswoman living in New York. Her life takes a turn when she discovers her late grandmother left her a Christmas-themed village and tree farm called ‘Christmas Land.’ During her visit home, Jules meets the lawyer dealing with the state – and he just happens to be super cute and charming. She is faced with the decision to either sell off the farm and return to the city, or to move back to the countryside to run the beloved Christmas tree farm.
