The Canadian Grain Commission's Eastern Standards Committee has announced that it has updated four new grading standards for Ontario wheat and soybean growers. The new standards will be for some of the crop year. The following are the most recent updates:• Mildew guide for three grades of wheat - number one and number two Red Spring and number 1 White winter wheat• Standard sample for number 1 Canada Yellow soybeans – updated Standard samples and prints for other grades and grains remain unchanged. The standard guide samples are grading tools set by the Canadian Grain Commission.
