McHale Unveils New Pro Glide Mower

McHale recently unveiled its latest innovation—the F3500 Pro Glide mower. 

Eoin Clarke, marketing executive with McHale, met with Farms.com to introduce the new 11-foot front mower, which is designed with eight discs, quick fit blades, steel tine conditioners, and a direct drive gearbox for powerful and reliable performance. 

This mower is part of the broader Pro Glide series, which includes two front mowers measuring 3.1 and 3.5 metres, as well as a range of rear and butterfly mowers like the R3100, B9000, and B9600. 

All models offer different working widths and are built for efficiency and durability. 

Each mower in the Pro Glide range includes high-performance features like 7 or 8 disc cutter bars, steel tine conditioners, and McHale’s direct drive gearbox. 

These ensure maximum power transfer and long-term use. 

One of the standout aspects of the F3500 is its advanced flotation capability, rotating 17 degrees from left to right and providing a 500 mm adaptive range. 

This allows the mower to move independently from the tractor, helping it cut cleanly across uneven terrain. 

Rear models offer similar flotation features, with additional front-to-back pivoting to adapt to different land conditions. 

This enhances cut quality and efficiency, especially in challenging environments.
