Perth County OPP have charged Justin Bieber with dangerous driving and assault following a collision between an ATV and mini-van near the pop star’s hometown of Stratford, Ont.
The collision took place on Line 40, east of Road 106, northeast of Stratford, ahead of the Labour Day long weekend on Friday, August 29 at approximately 3 p.m. Bieber was allegedly the driver of the ATV and an unidentified person was the occupant of the mini-van.
Mostly farms and dirt roads surround the city of Stratford, near where the collision took place. It is unknown if Bieber was on a crop tour of farmer’s fields at the time or just traveling the nearby country roads. It is typical for most rural and farm properties to have ATVs to get around on the farm, but unusual for city folk to own them unless they are outdoorsmen or campers.
