Kicking off the first edition is an auction that took place in Ney, Ohio on March 21 and sold a total of 217 different items for a total of $1,371,238 in sales.
The auction was held by Schrader Real Estate and Auction Company who were selling items for Ben and Shirley Keil, who are retiring from agriculture.
It featured planters, tools, sprayers, trucks, wagons and other equipment which sold for hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Some of the top selling items of the day included a Case IH 8230 Axial Flow Combine which sold for $227,000 and a Case IH Magnum tractor for $190,000.

In addition to selling equipment, Schrader sold the Keil’s 459-acre farm for $2.1 million earlier in the month.
People involved with the auction said a combination of the large crowd and well maintained equipment made for a great auction.
"There was a lot of energy in the bidding, because bidders came from all over, and they came prepared to buy. We had some great late-model machinery with low hours, so that was a perfect combination, leading to some excellent prices," said Roger Diehm, executive vice president of the auction company in a release.
Schrader has more equipment auctions scheduled, including:
