Sales up for both tractors and combines in 2021.

The AEM (Association of Equipment Manufacturers) has released its December 2021 Canada Ag Tractor and Combine Report, showing that while combine sales fell in December by 17.6 percent, tractor sales grew by 10.5 percent over 2020 numbers.
Take it with a grain of salt, however, as the AEM said that total Canadian sales for the year 2021 were up 19.4 percent for tractors, and 23.1 percent for combines.
Even the slowest-selling market for 40-100 horsepower 2WD tractors grew by double digits, at 14.4 percent in 2021.
Leading the way was the 100+ horsepower 2WD tractors, growing by 33.6 percent in 2021.
Articulated 4WD units showed the second-highest growth of Canadian sales, up 32.7 percent.
In 2021, Canada saw total sales of 33,463 tractors and 1,786 combine harvesters, with nearly 360,000 combined units were sold in a combined US/Canada market.
