A 2004 study by researchers from Stockholm University in Sweden concluded that chickens prefer beautiful faces.
Chickens would peck faces on a computer screen. When they pecked an attractive face, they would be rewarded with food.
“We trained chickens to react to an average human female face but not to an average male face (or vice-versa). In a subsequent test, the animals showed preferences for faces consistent with human sexual preferences,” the study reads.
