Slow Cooker Cream Corn

Cream Corn


This recipe comes from Erin Sellin via the Iowa Corn Growers Association.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups frozen sweet corn
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream, (can use milk)
  • 1 Tbls sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Cooking Instructions:

  • Mix together all of the ingredients, and pour into a slow cooker.
     
  • Cook on low for 4-6 hours, stirring every 2 hours to incorporate cheese.
