Anita Heuver, Owner of Eagle Lake Nurseries, shares her family story of starting a tree farm and plant nursery on the prairies. After school, she worked full time on the family farm, and says farm succession challenges eventually lead her to taking over one part of the family business. She shares how 'often being the only woman in the room' has shaped her in the agriculture industry.
