This 1963 Farmall 806 diesel tractor was the very first of the assembly line at the International Harvester plant in Rock Island Illinois. It’s owned by collectors Bill Borghoff and Larry Eipers. Bill has a special connection to the tractor. In 1963, he was employed as an engineer with International Harvester at the engineering center and worked in the test group on the 806 Tractor. Both men share the history of the tractor and their passion for collecting International Harvester Machinery.
