Video: My Crops Are Maturing Too Fast
Cooking under relentless 100-degree heat with no relief in sight, our crops are racing towards maturity – faster than we expected! In today's video I venture out into our drought stricken fields and begin pulling ears for yield and moisture estimates. My yield estimations are largely determined by kernel size and weight, both of which are being pulled down by our late season drought.
