Video: Follow the Canola Farmer
Join Will Bergmann, from Bergmann Bros., out on his farm just south of Winnipeg, only a few minutes from the heart of the city. Students will learn all about canola including the seeds, planting, crop care, and harvest.
Nita Sharda, a registered Winnipeg-based dietician, will also share about the nutritional benefits of canola oil and how we can use canola products in our everyday lives.
