On a previous program, Neil Whatley, crop specialist at the Ag-Info Centre, talked about how a producer can determine when it’s too late to seed by looking at the probability of frost and crop maturity in terms of days. The bottom line, says Whatley, it’s not too late for some crops in some areas.
