Manitoba AG EX, the province's largest all breeds cattle show, gets underway Wednesday at the Keystone Centre in Brandon.
Provincial Exhibition of Manitoba General Manager Ron Kristjansson says this year the event will play host to the Canadian National Charolais Show and Sale.
"Most years we have one of the cattle breeds involved in our show have their national show," he explained. "Charolais are one of our more predominant breeds, so when they have a national show it really boosts our numbers and brings people from all over the country to Manitoba."
For the second year, Manitoba AG EX will also host the Manitoba Finals Rodeo.
