Network and learn at a special event for women in agriculture

Women in agriculture are invited to the 2025 Ag Women Engage Conference, a vibrant event by Purdue Extension celebrating their contributions and fostering growth.

Scheduled for February 13, 2025, the conference will be held at the Grand Wayne Convention Center, Fort Wayne, Indiana. Pre-conference activities are set for February 12.

This dynamic conference offers opportunities for women in agriculture—including farmers, educators, researchers, and industry leaders—to connect, learn, and share experiences. It focuses on empowering women to face challenges and embrace opportunities in agriculture.

Keynote speaker Courtenay DeHoff, known for her advocacy in agriculture, will inspire attendees. As an executive producer and co-host of "Backroad Cowgirls," Courtenay showcases diverse agricultural narratives and encourages others to share their own stories to bridge rural-urban divides.

Pre-conference sessions provide additional learning opportunities. Participants can visit Johnnie Mae Farms to explore urban agriculture and canning techniques, join "Blossoming Success" for insights into post-harvest flower production, or attend "Grain Marketing - Getting the Basics" for foundational knowledge.

Early bird registration is open for $125 until January 17, increasing to $135 afterward. Visit https://purdue.link/AWE25 to register and explore pre-conference details.
