CLAAS RECEIVES GOLD LEVEL RECOGNITION

Jun 21, 2017

CLAAS of America recently received Gold Level Recognition in the Equipment Dealers Association’s (EDA) 2017 Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey Report.

The annual report highlights the results of a 2,300-participant survey about the relationship between dealers and their suppliers.

The EDA survey enables equipment dealers to rate up to seven manufacturer lines they carry in 12 key business categories, such as product quality, availability and technical support; parts availability, quality and return policy; and communication, warranty and marketing/advertising support. Only manufacturers who received the minimum number of ratings are included in the final survey results. CLAAS received Gold Level Recognition in the “Shortline Manufacturer” category. Collectively, 28 companies for all categories were recognized as Gold Level.

“We’re very honored to receive this recognition from our dealers and the EDA,” said Eric Raby, CLAAS of America President & General Manager – Sales. “Building and strengthening our dealer relationships is very important to us – without our dealers, we wouldn’t be where we are today. Receiving this recognition indicates that we are meeting and exceeding our dealers’ expectations, which we are very proud of! However, at the same time, it also reminds us that we can’t stand still and must continually engage with our dealers to improve the way we work with them.”

CLAAS continues to grow both its product portfolio and its distribution network that support the brand’s expansion roadmap in North America.
