The current intake of the Canadian Agricultural Partnership closes May 6th, 2019, at 5pm EST. The program offers cost-share funding to producers, processors and other ag businesses.
The Producer and Other Business - Plant Health streams are delivered by the Ontario Soil & Crop Improvement Association. The Producer stream offers funding in over 40 different projects categories – from business planning and marketing, to cover crops and erosion control, to animal and plant health and food safety. The Other Business - Plant Health stream provides cost-share funding to businesses in the plant supply chain, such as grain elevators, custom applicators, seed treatment facilities, and seed retailers. Projects supported under the Plant Health stream focus on reduce biosecurity risks, such as preventing the introduction and spread of plant pests through isolation, sanitation or work flow practices.
