“We are extremely grateful to the agricultural community and beyond for their support. We tried
something new and it really paid off for Class 19,” said Victoria Berry, Co-Chair of the AALP
2022 Dream Gala and Golf Tournament and Manager, Communications at Grain Farmers of
Ontario. “I also want to thank our family, friends and co-workers for supporting our class
journey, as well as Class 19’s journey. It was a wonderful day and evening filled with laughter,
generosity, and incredible networking.”
The AALP 2022 Dream Gala and Golf Tournament raised over $105,000 for Class 19 and
beyond reaching new heights for future ag-sector leaders.
“We could never have reached this amazing amount without the support and help of the
sponsors we worked with. People and organizations were incredibly generous and showed how
important supporting excellence in agricultural leadership truly is for this industry and its
continued future success,” said Jaime Carson, Co-Chair of the AALP 2022 Dream Gala and
Golf Tournament and Dairy Nutrition Consultant at B-W Feed and Supply.
Class 18 visited Portugal and Morocco on their international study tour, meeting with ag-industry
leaders in both countries and discovering shared interests common in Ontario agriculture.
“We are thrilled with the result of the 2022 Dream event and are pleased to unveil Chile as the
international destination for Class 19’s study tour,” said Gabrielle Ferguson, Leadership
Programs Director at Rural Ontario Institute. “AALP is so unique in its approach to experientialbased leadership development and its focus on bringing people from all areas of the industry, at
different stages of their personal leadership journeys, together to learn from each other and
make the deepest of connections.”
