"This package consists of 8 quarters of native pasture land in one block. There is an
additional section of government leased land that is 3 miles away that would be
transferred to the Buyer. There is more land in the area that may be rented if that was a
desire of the Buyer.
This land is well fenced and has a good amount of water on it for the cattle. This area is
a high rainfall area that grows lots of grass and has a high carrying capacity. The Seller
guesses that the carrying capacity would be 300."
