These 3 quarters of grain land boast a very high number of cultivated acres. The 3 quarters are in close proximity to one another which makes for an ease of farming. The land is rented for the 2024 crop year but there is no ROFR from the tenant. There is an old yard site on SE 28-19-28 W3. There is power and a well at this location. The house has not been lived in. There is one steel grain bin on a cement foundation that the Seller says is approximately 4000 bushels.
