Detailed Description
Although this half section is heavily treed on the south and East side, the cultivated acres are all in one large open field making it easy to farm. The soil class is an H with a variety of soil classifications, mostly clay loam and grey wooded. It is very fertile soil that produces good crops. SAMA classifies the land as “level to nearly level/gentle slopes ”with “none to few” stones. This is good all-around land at a good price! Cultivated Acres as per SAMA.
